The Website and Service are operated by Fendr Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales with registered office at Office 205, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW (“Fendr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or the Service.

2.3 Access to and use of the Fendr platform is governed exclusively by the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Order Form, and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that apply once executed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All Website content (including text, graphics, code, design, UI, imagery and branding) is owned by or licensed to Fendr.
3.2 You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
3.3 You may link to publicly available pages provided the link is fair, not misleading, and does not imply endorsement.

4.1 Our Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data collected through the Website.
4.2 This is separate from data processing related to the Fendr platform, which is governed by the DPA under the MSA.
